Nutrition Program

Our nutrition program helps families shop smart, prepare nutritious meals, and establish healthy habits.

Health is Wealth

Good health shouldn’t be left to chance... and it doesn’t have to be! With fun, educational resources, and the right know-how, preparing a delicious, balanced family meal is possible. The JEM Foundation is looking for great partners or health experts to provide families with easy recipes and resources to help them learn about the innumerable benefits of a plant-based diet rich in whole foods.

How can we afford to eat healthy?

One of the biggest misconceptions about eating healthy is that it’s expensive. This simply isn’t true. Learn to shop smart with our budget-friendly tools, recipes, shopping lists, and resources provided by health and nutrition experts. Your family will love these tasty, nutritious meals, and your kids will develop healthy habits and excel at school.

How can I get my kids to eat healthy?

Using food to learn and explore is a great way to get your kids to eat their fruits and veggies. When kids have a say in the menu, they are far more likely to try new flavors and foods. At JEM, we believe all food is kid-friendly, and cooking with your kids has lots of great benefits.

  • Boosts their confidence

  • Improves math and reading skills

  • Expands language development

  • Increases fine motor skill
